As for me, rooms were well-maintained with good view, they offered wake-up service. The staff was attentive and so caring and made me feel at home.

The rooms are air conditioned and recently renovated, with a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating.

The venue was clean and reasonably spacious. Everyone was knowledgeable and best. Everything was good, soundproof and large room with large bathroom. The location was magnificent and wonderful, you can visit Via Cavour...  

Actually, the room was well-appointed and well-maintained with 2 beds, it also had wake-up service. The staff was very helpful and so caring, they made the stay very good.

I recently stayed at Palladium Palace for 3 nights during my visit to Rome. The hotel's location was perfect for my travel purpose as it is just a short walk from Roma Termini Terminal. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, with Elettra! being a standout choice for delicious Italian dinners. The hotel itself was nice and had everything I needed. The breakfast served was enjoyable, and the staff member who served us was incredibly kind and helpful. The reception provided us with all the necessary information, including detailed directions to nearby attractions. The hotel's proximity to the central station made it convenient for exploring the city by train. Additionally, the bus stop for the direct route to Vatican City was nearby, as well as the metro station for easy access to the Coliseum.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

my room was at the mainstreetside.it was very laud und noisy because of nonstop trafic(cars and trams).i advice doppel glasswindos. so dont accept a room on the streetside.

Hotel located about 3 blocks from Termini station where the trains depart, there is a subway station right there. In the surroundings of the hotel there are many other hotels, there is a lot of street commerce and there are options to eat as well. It is relatively close to the coliseum, about 8 to 10 blocks away on foot and only 10 to 15 minutes away by public transportation. Good Wi Fi connection. The Breakfast Buffet was good, there's plenty of variety to choose from, sweet or savory. I don't know if it's like this all over Italy but the plugs were triple (type L I think) and they are not like the rest of Europe to be taken into account.

It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel at all, I would say that it's a 3 star hotel, although it's a clean hotel, I don't think it has all the comforts of a 4 star hotel. The room was clean, we asked for a 3 person room (1 double bed plus one single). The room seemed a bit small to me, especially the single bed for the third person, which was very small and even a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean.

During our stay at Palladium Palace, we were impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, even providing extra pillows and replacing our lost keycard. We also appreciated their assistance in getting our laptop connected to the Wi-Fi. The hotel's location near Termini Station made it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet offered a varied and plentiful selection. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Great location because it is near the Termini Station, area looks questionable when you 1st see it - but we had no problems. Nice staff, nice rooms, but uncomfortable beds. Good breakfast buffet. Have to pay for internet.

One or two extra pillows would have been nice. The pillows were a bit flat. Other than that, everything was very comfortable.
